What does your application need?

Charge an industrial fleet

Tell us the battery specifications and operating schedule. Available charging time and input supply help define the enquiry.

Power equipment from a vehicle supply

Describe the source voltage range and the connected load. Include start-up peaks and whether electrical isolation is required.

Replace an existing unit

Send the full charger or converter label together with battery and supply details. A matching output voltage is only one part of the comparison.

A better enquiry starts here

Four steps towards the right selection.

Identify battery or load

For charging, provide chemistry, nominal voltage and capacity. For conversion, provide load voltage, normal current and transient demands.

Describe the input supply

Include AC supply details or DC input range, connector arrangement and installation location.

Explain the duty

State charging time available, operating hours, simultaneous loads and ambient conditions.

Confirm integration

Check output connectors, cable arrangements, communication interfaces and the exact equipment compatibility before ordering.

Bring us the application.

Already have a part number? Send it with quantity and delivery destination. For a new selection, include:

Battery chemistry/voltage/capacity or load requirements, input supply, available charging time or duty, connector details, existing part number and quantity.

Before you order.

Is a DC converter also a battery charger?

Only use a device for charging if the manufacturer specifies it for that battery and charging requirement. A regulated output alone does not establish charging suitability.

Can I replace a charger using voltage alone?

Also confirm battery chemistry, capacity, charging profile, current, supply and equipment interfaces.

Illustrations show application concepts. Confirm the selected product’s ratings, compatibility and installation requirements in its documentation.
