About Continuous - CO SW60 Solenoids
Continuous contactors by design are predominantly used for drive functions on vehicles, they make and break slower than intermittent solenoids and are recommended for prolonged contact periods.
The SW60 features single pole double breaking main contacts with silver alloy tips, which are weld resistant, hardwearing and have excellent conductivity. The SW60 has M6 stud main terminals and 6.3mm spade coil connections. It can be mounted via M4 tapped holes or steel mounting brackets - supplied as separate items). Mounting can be on the side or base of the contactor.

Genuine SW200A-11 is Albright 24V 250A CO DC-type contactor. The SW200A-11 is a SW200 series of contactor is designed for direct current loads. SW200 have double breaking main contacts with silver alloy tips. Contact tips are weld resistant, extremely hard wearing.
This is equipped with Auxiliary contacts on the top.
Magnetic Blowouts These contactors are fitted with magnetic blowouts - denoted by 'B' suffix in the DC182B range) across contact gaps. These enable high currents to be ruptured very quickly so that arcing time is reduced to a minimum. Fitting of blowouts can make the contacts polarity sensitive and the positive markings on the top cover of the contactor must be observed.About the DC182B-604 Motor Reversing Solenoid Intermittent contactors by design are predominantly used for hydraulic functions on vehicles, they make and break quicker than continuous solenoids and are not recommended for prolonged contact periods. The DC182 is a monoblock construction, resulting in a neat compact design which is compatible with modern electronic control systems. The DC182 is physically and electrically interchangeable with the SW182 reversing contactor but rewiring will be required. This version of the DC182 has M8 stud main terminals and 6.3mm spade coil connections. Mounted using brackets available separately via the M5 mounting holes - 16 off, 8 per side), mounting of the solenoids can be horizontal or vertical, when vertical the M8 contact studs should point upwards.

About Intermittent (INT.) SW560A Solenoids
Intermittent contactors are typically used for hydraulic functions on vehicles.
They make and break faster than continuous duty solenoids and are not recommended
for prolonged contact periods.
Magnetic Latching Function
The contact position is secured using a permanent magnet within the assembly.
The coil requires a pulse to close the contacts and a reverse-polarity pulse
to open them. Once operated, the contactor remains in its last energised state
without requiring continuous power.
Please note: magnetically latched contactors are not failsafe devices.
Mounting Information
The SW560A is a compact contactor that can be busbar-mounted vertically or horizontally.
If mounted vertically, the coil should be positioned at the bottom.
Auxiliary Microswitch
This version includes an auxiliary microswitch mounted on the top cover.
The auxiliary contact connection is triggered by coil energising.
Uninterrupted Current Applications
Suitable for applications with no or infrequent load switching requirements,
helping to maintain lower contact resistance over time.
Associated Parts (Recommended)
2155-165 Vertical mounting bracket (2 pcs recommended)
